唐山工业控股集团有限公司（以下简称“唐山工控集团”），成立于2014年6月23日，是由天津唐控科创集团有限公司（94%）、唐山控股发展集团股份有限公司（6%）共同出资设立的有限公司，注册资本85亿元人民币，总资产187亿元，信用评级AA+。

Tangshan Industrial Holding Group Co., Ltd. ("Tangshan Industrial Holding Group") was established on June 23, 2014. It is a limited company jointly funded by Tianjin Tangkong Science and Technology Innovation Group Co., Ltd. (94%) and Tangshan Holding Development Group Co., Ltd. (6%). With share capital of 8.5 billion yuan and total assets amounting to 18.7 billion yuan, the company holds a credit rating of AA+.

唐山工控集团重点打造能提供综合投资与经营能力的国有资本运营平台，整合“产业+金融”资源，实现互动共赢、金融引导的区域快速发展的模板。目前控股康达新材（证券代码002669)和风范股份(证券代码601700)两家上市公司股权。坚定执行“走出去、引进来”战略,利用上市公司资源反哺唐山市本地经济发展，拥有专精特新企业9家，其中国家级专精特新企业5家，成功进入国家“卡脖子”材料与技术相关领域，为打破国外技术封锁做出突出贡献。

Tangshan Industrial Control Group is dedicated to establishing a state-owned capital operation platform that offers comprehensive investment and management capabilities. The group aims to integrate "industry add finance" resources to foster interactive win-win scenarios and provide financial guidance for the rapid regional development template. Currently, it holds shares in two listed companies: Kangda New Materials (stock code 002669) and Fengfeng Shares (stock code 601700). It has successfully established nine specialized and innovative enterprises, including five state-level specialized and innovative enterprises, which have made significant strides in the national material and technology sectors, thereby contributing to the alleviation of foreign technology blockades.

2018年11月，收购康达新材26%股份，并进行实际控制运营，开始布局新材料及军工板块，将上市公司胶粘剂新增生产基地合理布局至唐山区域，成为科技创新、创造新质生产力的排头兵。

In November 2018, Tangshan Industrial Holding Group acquired a 26% stake in Kangda New Materials and company are fully controlled by Tangshan Industrial Holding Group. The group began to expand into the new materials and military sectors, strategically allocating the new production base for the listed company's adhesives to the Tangshan region. This move positioned Tangshan Industrial Holding Group as a leader in scientific and technological innovation and the development of high-quality productivity.

2024年3月，并购常熟风范电力设备有限公司，此举作为上市公司控制权收购的典型案例被收录于《上市公司并购重组规则、政策与案例一本通》进行全国推广，为集团市场化版图再添浓墨重彩的一笔。

In March 2024, the acquisition of Changshu Fengfan Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. was recognized as a notable example of acquiring control rights over listed companies. This case was included in the "Rules, Policies, and Cases of Mergers and Acquisitions of Listed Companies ", significantly contributing to the marketization of the Group.
